Our mission is to glorify God in all that we do.
Our goal is to create a safe environment for children and their families. A space where we can all grow together, however that may look like for each individual. We want to partner with YOU so, that together, we can shape, teach, train, and guide our children into all that they have been created to be, just as they are, without the pressure of a culture that pushes them to perform and be anything but themselves. We aim to create safe support systems for parents and families.

Zaribel
Hello Everyone! If you do not know me (yet), My name is Zaribel & I started my business in 2017. Back when I was a baby business owner (I think I'm toddler status now!), I had no idea what I was doing or if any of it was going to work. You may (or may not) remember me as ''Kinderdance By Zaribel''. I will always be grateful for the businesses , organizations and leaders in our community that supported me , encouraged me and helped me grow as a person and business owner.
''Kinderdance By Zaribel" brought SO much joy to me, our community and the hundreds of children I taught through that program. After the year we won't mention..(2020)... I understood that my students and their families needed something different & that is when Grow Well was born, My second baby! Grow Well is an ALL-Inclusive, child development program, 100% child focused and about 70% child-led. This is where I felt I truly found my niche, my calling. And because growing and shifting is part of life, things are changing, again.; Grow Well is GROWING! Meet Grow WeIl's baby: "Play, Learn, Grow''. Kym & I to be able to offer a part time child development program, after school program , along with my signature Grow Well classes.
As an Autistic & ADHD mom of a neurodivergent child, my passion is to create environments, programs, groups, support, conversations & community that are all neurodiversity affirming. My goal is to continue to create a safe space, a space where children & their families feel not just accepted but and integral part, regardless of their abilities.

Hi there, I’m Kym! I was born and raised in the Midwest and moved here 4 years ago with my now husband, Ryan. We have two beautiful children together, Daxton (5) and Everlee (1). I am a former preschool teacher and now a stay at home mom, who is beginning a new homeschool journey with my littles.
I’m so excited for this opportunity to be working alongside Zaribel with some new up and coming programs! My background and education in early childhood began professionally almost 10 years ago but truly began 14 years ago through volunteering, camps, babysitting, and mission trips.
This mission and these programs are near and dear to my heart because this was the first place I felt our son, whom is neurodivergent, was accepted, loved, and safe. I love that I can now also be a part of creating a safe haven for children in our community!
